There are no hidden or ongoing costs.

Can I sell my land?
Yes, you can sell your land. Since the Government of Alberta Land Title is registered in your name, you can sell your undivided interest to anyone at any time. Upon your request, S & D will assist you with the process.

Who makes decisions regarding my land?
You and the other land owners who share undivided interest of the given land project will make the decisions. Meaning, a majority vote is binding to all of the owners.

How can I check which current phase of development the land I own is in?
S & D provides all of its clients with quarterly newsletters addressing the latest updates on each land project. For easier access, a personalized online database, located on our website www.sdintlgroup.com is supplied to each S & D client which enables you to check the current status of each land project you own.
